Who we are and what this covers
Meguro is a product of Warehouse One LLC (“Warehouse One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Meguro provides practice, testing, compatibility, and connector services for commerce software and seller-authorized commerce platforms.
This notice covers Meguro’s website, accounts, workspaces, practice stores, reports and receipts, support interactions, billing administration, and connected-platform features. It does not replace the privacy notice of Shopify, TikTok Shop, Stripe, Google, or another service you choose to use with Meguro.
Information we process
Account and business information
We process information such as your name, email address, authentication identity, company or workspace name, team membership, invitation status, subscription status, and support messages.
Practice and evaluation information
Meguro processes practice-store configuration, synthetic commerce histories, scenario seeds, agent or application labels, API-call metadata, requested operations, rejected and accepted writes, reports, receipts, and related operational evidence. Practice data is synthetic unless you deliberately import or provide real data.
Connected commerce information
When you authorize a commerce platform, the information available to Meguro depends on the platform, permissions, and feature you enable. It may include:
- seller, shop, store, and authorization identifiers;
- access credentials and encrypted platform identifiers;
- product catalog data, including titles, descriptions, images, categories, variants, SKUs, prices, and inventory;
- logistics, warehouse, order, return, fulfillment, and delivery-status information; and
- customer or recipient information only when an authorized order or fulfillment function requires it.
Catalog import does not require Meguro to access customer or recipient information. We design each feature to request and process only the data it needs.
Technical and security information
We process request timestamps, response and error metadata, authentication events, device and browser information, network addresses, security signals, and audit records needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service. We design ordinary logs and retained evidence to exclude credentials and unnecessary personal data.
Payment information
Stripe processes payment-card and payment-account information for paid subscriptions. Meguro receives billing status, plan, transaction identifiers, and limited customer details needed to administer the subscription; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to:
- create and secure accounts, workspaces, and authorized connections;
- provide practice stores, compatibility checks, connector functions, reports, and receipts;
- perform catalog, inventory, order, fulfillment, or other operations you explicitly enable;
- administer trials, subscriptions, billing, and support;
- monitor reliability, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and respond to security incidents;
- improve Meguro using operational and aggregated service information; and
- comply with law and enforce our agreements.
Connected platforms and authorization
You choose whether to connect a commerce platform. A connection uses the authorization method and permissions presented by that platform. Meguro limits access to the permissions granted and the functions you request.
Current and planned platform work may include Shopify and TikTok Shop. Some Meguro workflows operate only with practice stores or platform development shops. If a feature supports a production seller connection, Meguro will identify that connection and its requested permissions before authorization.
You may revoke platform authorization using the controls made available by the platform or Meguro. Revocation stops new authorized access once it takes effect. Contact us if you need assistance completing disconnection or deletion.
Where information is processed
Meguro’s primary application workload and connected-platform storage are hosted in the United States. Warehouse One currently administers Meguro from the United States.
Connected commerce platforms, identity services, payment providers, and website-delivery services may process the limited information they receive in locations described by their own privacy notices. We will update this notice before Meguro itself adds a material non-US storage location for connected-store data.
Retention, disconnection, and deletion
We keep information only while it is needed to provide an authorized feature, administer the account, protect the service, resolve a request, or meet a documented legal obligation.
- Practice stores and temporary artifacts follow the lifecycle presented by the applicable feature or plan.
- Authorization credentials are deleted, revoked, or rendered unusable when the relevant connection ends.
- After deauthorization or the end of the service relationship, connected customer data is deleted from active Meguro systems promptly and no later than 30 days, unless a legal hold requires limited retention.
- Lifecycle-managed copies and backups expire under their applicable schedules.
- We may retain minimized billing, security, deletion, and audit records when reasonably necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.

Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and relationship with the relevant seller, you may ask to access, correct, receive, or delete personal information. Sellers and connected platforms may also ask Meguro to assist with an authorized request.
We verify the requester’s identity, authority, and seller relationship before disclosing or changing information. We then locate the relevant records, perform the authorized action, and communicate completion as appropriate.
You may also disconnect a commerce platform, manage account or browser settings, decline optional communications, or enable a browser’s Do Not Track setting.
How we protect information
Meguro uses safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted transport and storage, least-privilege access, dedicated secret storage for authorization credentials, access controls for operator functions, logging and monitoring, data minimization, security review, and incident-response procedures.
No storage or transmission method is completely secure. If an incident affects connected-platform or seller data, we investigate, contain, and assess it for notification to the platform, seller, individuals, or authorities as required by law and contract.
Website telemetry and browser storage
The Meguro marketing site may create a random browser identifier in local storage and record page views, selected calls to action, limited campaign parameters, and the origin—not the full path—of a referring page. We use this information to understand whether the site works and which paths lead people to Meguro.
Marketing telemetry is not sent when the browser reports that Do Not Track is enabled. Meguro does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice when Meguro’s features, connected platforms, providers, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by the “Updated” date and, when appropriate, an additional notice.
