Steps
Download or copy the bounded artifact from the product.
Retain it within your plan’s availability window or in your own controlled evidence store.
Recompute the documented artifact digest to verify bytes and detect alteration.
Review the evidence and proof-boundary text separately; digest validity does not validate the result.
Success looks like
The artifact bytes match their digest and the reviewer can identify what was observed, modeled, and not established.
If it fails
If the receipt is no longer fetchable, use a previously retained artifact. Never infer a result from an id or digest alone. Practice receipts do not prove future demand or full Shopify parity.
